Registration for our new 5 week session is open!

Who?  Students who have completed First Grade through Fifth Grade, who attend Wyandotte schools and need help improving their reading skills.

 

What?  Raising Up Readers will help students work on their reading skills over a five-week session during the summer with the goal of helping them to maintain, and hopefully improve, their reading level.

 

When? Every Tuesday & Thursday from July 18-Aug 17 

· July 18, 20, 25, 27 August 1, 3, 8, 10, 15, and 17  from 9-11:30 am

Registration deadline is July 15.

 

Where?  Trinity Lutheran’s Community Building at 465 Oak Street.

 

Cost?  $50 per session.  There are scholarships available for students needing assistance which will lower the cost by half.

 

How do I sign up?  Register online below or stop by the office in the Community Building at 465 Oak Street.  The office is open Monday through Thursday, 9am-2pm.

  How can I help?  Donations are welcome, both of children's books or monetary donations. Contact the church office with any questions.

Can I volunteer?  Yes!  All volunteers will go through a training and require a background check.  If you are interested in volunteering contact Mendy Grenz at mgrenz@wyan.org.
